– Project design (Making a business case, conducting a feasibility study and defining the project scope)
– Project procurement (Selecting the delivery method, Selecting participants)
– Project preconstruction (Obtaining permits, Site surveying, creating a risk management plan setting up a safety plan, creating work breakdown structures, Designing the project schedule and setting up a communications plan.
– Project execution (Pre-construction meetings, procuring resources, Starting activities)
– Project control (Tracking work, Tracking activities against time objectives, Tracking quality of activities and tasks, Adjusting the schedule and tracking the budget
– Project closure (Delivering the punch list, Commissioning and Budget closeout).
