McDermott has been awarded Contract for the Ichthys Gas Field Development Project, by its client INPEX OPERATIONS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD for the Ichthys Gas Field Development Project and desires to subcontract the Provision of Fabrication Sunshade For Electrical And Instrumentation. PT Bumitech was selected as the subcontractor appointed for fabrication of sunshades for electrical and instrumentation according to Company requirements as required by the Ichthys Phase 2b Booster Compressor Module EPC scope of work. The total quantity produced was 293 units consisting of 13 different types. All materials use stainless steel 316 with cutting, bending and welding processes.
